Wow they still have old signs like that and use them. Anyway, yes Pirates was quite good. Not as phenomenal as the first, but then that leads into the conversation of which series has a better sequel to the original. You'll be amazed at the number of movies we came up with.
Also, the folks downstairs gotta understand that even though they can be up all night partying away doesn't mean they are not affecting someone by doing so. To quote the party-goers upstairs after fireworks they should be glad you didn't call the cops. :)
